Teletronics' antenna facility occupies an area of 18,870 square
meters, 13,500 square meters of which is devoted to design
and production, including: 2 research and development centers
(antenna and microwave); 7 workshops; 3 laboratories; 8
production lines; 4 microwave production lines; 1 plastic
mould subsidiary factory, and 1 machining and welding factory.
Research and Development
Our Our R&D team consists of the best engineering minds,
with
nearly 30 years of professional experience between them. The
department is equipped with vector network analyzers, frequency
spectrum analyzers, and RF signal generators. Our R&D
facilities
also have 4 standard anechoic chambers, 1 large scale anechoic
chamber, an antenna pattern automatic test system, a 3rd intermodulation
measuring system, and an environmental
testing laboratory.

Production
Monthly capacity is 50,000 antenna units at our 13,500 square
meter production facility. Production field management is
based on 5S methodology, and employs all the test and measurement
equipment necessary to ensure compliance with regulatory and
performance requirements.
Quality Management
From materials processing to finished product, our quality
management team rigorously oversees every step in antenna
production, ensuring that all products pass stringent quality
control procedures throughout their manufacture and also at
final inspection. As part of these quality controls, every
antenna is painstakingly tested in our anechoic chambers to
guarantee its radiation pattern. There is a reason why Teletronics
